About the Training
Join us for a deep immersion and training in the powerful spiritual practice of visioning. You will be trained in:
- The fundamentals of visioning (what it is, how it works, how to use it…).
- Developing your vision core (who is on it, how often to meet, to take notes or not to take notes…).
- Facilitating visioning sessions and supporting your center's cores, teams and ministries with visioning.
- Dealing with resistance and inspiring core/team and community members to use and trust visioning.
- Sharing the vision with the leaders and members of your community, identifying themes, and supporting your community in moving in the direction of the vision.
While these trainings are designed for UCSL leadership and for developing vision cores within a spiritual community, they are open to the general public and may be used for personal/professional development. We extend a warm welcome to you. Please join us…
